Questions? We've got answers.
Check the common questions below, or raise a support request — our team usually replies within one working day.
How do I order books for my child?
Search for your school above, choose your child's class, review the kit and pay online. You'll get an order confirmation by email and SMS.
My school isn't listed. What should I do?
Orders open school-by-school once the book list is confirmed. If your school isn't live yet, check back soon or ask the school office — you can also contact us through the support form.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery timelines depend on your school and location, and are shown at checkout. Some schools distribute kits on campus — your school's page will say which applies.
A book is missing, damaged or wrong.
Raise a support request with your Order ID and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Can I skip books I already have?
Yes — where the school allows it, you can untick individual items in the kit before adding it to your cart.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway on this website only. Sahitya Books never asks for payment via WhatsApp, QR codes or personal phone numbers.
